In honor of Boss Day, the Omni Bev team would like to take a moment to show our appreciation of our founder, Tammy Huynh.

Tammy, a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and epitome of girlboss, with strong resilience and determination worked tirelessly to build her companies from the ground up to proudly share her work with the world. Omni Bev originates from her lifelong passion and favorite pastime of enjoying delicious coffee with her loved ones.

A simple, rebellious moment of drinking coffee at the young age of five would become the matchstick to light her dream to elevate and bring awareness to Vietnamese coffee culture. In a time where strong female Asian representation is lacking, Tammy stands proudly as a role model to her children and the Omni Bev team; here is some more we have to say about her.

“Tammy is brilliant, very resourceful, and a great boss to work with. She has the answer to any question you throw at her. I look up to her, and I am sure others do as well. She is the ultimate girl-boss, it has been such a pleasure to learn from Tammy."

“Tammy is not only a great leader but also an amazing mentor. She has taught me so much since I've first started working at Omni Bev! At first, I wasn't even able to pick up the phone and now I am involved in pretty much everything in this company. My favorite quote from her is "Be uncomfortable to be comfortable". This saying has really stuck with me throughout my time here and has given me that "just do it" mentality. You can apply this mentality to every aspect of your life and I think everyone should live by that philosophy.”

“I may be new to the team but I know in my heart I will be learning so much under Tammy. She is so inspiring and hardworking.

“I have never met anyone like Tammy. I don’t know anyone who is able to do what she does. She is really capable of doing anything, you name it.”

“While other companies say “we’re like a family” sounds like a death trap, Tammy definitely does not lie when she says we are all like family. I’ve shared so many big life experiences with her and she supports and encourages me so much. I’m so glad that she is my boss and a wonderful friend.”

This is Tammy Huynh, an amazing boss, and friend. Anyone who meets her says the same as we do. We are so appreciative of everything she does and all that she is. Happy Boss Day, Tammy!
